A NextGen property is uniquely purpose-designed and constructed in three configurations: NextGen 4, 5, and 6, where every unit includes a private bedroom, bathroom, study desk, living room, kitchenette, air conditioning, and outdoor area. They are sold as complete turnkey land-and-build packages in growth suburbs across Victoria.

NextGen supports investors from start to finish. Unlike many co-living sales companies that sell and then hand property management to a third party, we handle the entire process in-house, giving investors more confidence and peace of mind.

Yes. Every unit in a NextGen property includes a private ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower, vanity storage, and quality fittings. Each unit also has its own kitchenette with a 3-in-1 convection oven (oven, microwave, and air fryer), fridge, kettle, and toaster — tenants never need to share.

Shared amenities include lockable pantries (one for each unit) with large compartments for food storage, an on-site tap-and-go laundrette at half the cost of a standard laundrette, and a branded communal hallway with dining area and fridge. Each unit also has its own private fenced courtyard with a concrete pad.
