Daniel Van Cuylenburg brings over 30 years of real estate expertise to Co-Living NextGen. With a strong background in selling house and land packages, he also specialises in Co-Living and 1B rooming houses in Victoria, offering much needed expertise in this new and emerging market.

Robyn brings over 19 years of healthcare sector experience and a clear understanding of the accommodation challenges faced by doctors, nurses, and allied health staff in regional and remote areas. She is focused on practical, well-run housing that supports the wellbeing and retention of essential healthcare workers in rural locations.

Senior Property Manager
Tamim brings over 17 years of experience across property management, housing operations, and accommodation services in both the private and community housing sectors. A Fully Licensed Estate Agent in Victoria, he specialises in leasing, resident relations, compliance, and portfolio management, with a strong record of delivering excellent client outcomes and operational excellence.

Registered Rooming House Operator
Co-Living NextGen is a registered rooming house operator, and all NextGen properties are designed to meet or exceed Victorian Government standards for room sizes, ventilation, and safety under the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 and the Residential Tenancies (Rooming House Standards) Regulations 2023.
