Managing Director
Daniel Van Cuylenburg brings over 30 years of real estate expertise to Co-Living NextGen. With a strong background in selling house and land packages, he also specialises in Co-Living and 1B rooming houses in Victoria, offering much needed expertise in this new and emerging market.
Our Approach
We ensure our packages are cashflow positive, bring high yields with guaranteed gross returns of over 10% for the first 5 years. We also provide property management solutions for all packages to protect the asset and manage tenants to maintain a high return.
Registered Rooming House Operator
Co-Living NextGen is a registered rooming house operator, and all NextGen properties are designed to meet or exceed Victorian Government standards for room sizes, ventilation, and safety under the Residential Tenancies Act 1997 and the Residential Tenancies (Rooming House Standards) Regulations 2023.
